    #Introduction

Open to Grade K-Grade 5, Panorama Heights Elementary students only.

In this after school program, kids are learning chess, which is called the most intelligent game. Chess offers many incredible benefits to youth, such as critical thinking, objective assessment, analytical skill, patience, logical thinking, cause & consequence, decision making, time management, and many more. With a step-by-step method, we introduce chess to kids and improve their chess skills.

Students are required to know basic chess rules (for example, the student went to Step 1 & 2 program in Fall 2023). If your kid(s) has zero chess experience, contact the program provider for help.

We also offer free online chess tournaments during weekends, once when most of the class are ready; kids can have fun with kids from other schools.
